{"id":2668,"date":"2026-07-15T12:17:18","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T16:17:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dnerhs.mspbs.gov.py\/?p=2668"},"modified":"2026-07-15T12:17:18","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T16:17:18","slug":"salud-fortalece-su-gestion-institucional-a-traves-del-mecip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dnerhs.mspbs.gov.py\/index.php\/2026\/07\/15\/salud-fortalece-su-gestion-institucional-a-traves-del-mecip\/","title":{"rendered":"Salud fortalece su gesti\u00f3n institucional a trav\u00e9s del MECIP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>MINISTERIO DE SALUD IMPULSA CAPACITACI\u00d3N EN CONTROL INTERNO.<\/strong> Promovido por el <strong>Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Bienestar Social (MSPBS)<\/strong>, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el <strong>lanzamiento oficial del curso virtual <\/strong><strong><em>\u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo aplicar la Norma de Requisitos M\u00ednimos (MECIP 2015) en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda?\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. El programa es organizado y coordinado de manera integral por el equipo t\u00e9cnico de <strong>MECIP<\/strong>, contando con el soporte fundamental de la <strong>DNERHS<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la infraestructura de su Campus Virtual.&nbsp; Esta iniciativa se encuentra enmarcada en el Componente Estrat\u00e9gico 1 del Plan Nacional de Formaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n de los Recursos Humanos en Salud del Paraguay 2020-2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acto de apertura se desarroll\u00f3 en la ma\u00f1ana del mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de julio de 2026 en las instalaciones de la <strong>DNERHS<\/strong>. La jornada inici\u00f3 con la bienvenida oficial de la <strong>Lic. Laura Riquelme<\/strong> (DGE\/DNERHS), seguida por las palabras de apertura de la <strong>Dra. Gladys Mora <\/strong>(M\u00e1xima autoridad de la DNERHS) y el <strong>Lic. Hugo Enciso <\/strong>(Director General de la DGPE). Posteriormente, la <strong>Ing. Clara V\u00e1zquez <\/strong>(Coordinadora T\u00e9cnica de MECIP) expuso los lineamientos del curso, y la <strong>Lic.
