{"id":2094,"date":"2025-11-05T13:48:34","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T16:48:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dnerhs.mspbs.gov.py\/?p=2094"},"modified":"2025-11-05T13:48:34","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T16:48:34","slug":"taller-de-induccion-y-validacion-de-la-guia-metodologica-para-la-estimacion-de-brechas-de-recursos-humanos-en-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dnerhs.mspbs.gov.py\/index.php\/2025\/11\/05\/taller-de-induccion-y-validacion-de-la-guia-metodologica-para-la-estimacion-de-brechas-de-recursos-humanos-en-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller de Inducci\u00f3n y Validaci\u00f3n de la Gu\u00eda Metodol\u00f3gica para la Estimaci\u00f3n de Brechas de Recursos Humanos en Salud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Del 29 al 31 de octubre de 2025<\/strong>, en la sede de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n Nacional Estrat\u00e9gica de Recursos Humanos en Salud (DNERHS)<\/strong>, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el <strong>Taller de Inducci\u00f3n y Validaci\u00f3n de la Gu\u00eda Metodol\u00f3gica \u2013 Estimaci\u00f3n de Brechas de Recursos Humanos en Salud para los Servicios de Salud del Primer Nivel de Atenci\u00f3n del Pa\u00eds<\/strong>, en modalidad presencial.<br>La actividad form\u00f3 parte de la <strong>continuidad del proceso de estimaci\u00f3n de brechas de recursos humanos en salud<\/strong> del <strong>Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Bienestar Social (MSPBS)<\/strong>, con el <strong>apoyo t\u00e9cnico y consultor\u00eda de la Organizaci\u00f3n Panamericana de la Salud\/Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OPS\/OMS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el taller, se present\u00f3 la propuesta metodol\u00f3gica a ser implementada para la identificaci\u00f3n y estimaci\u00f3n de brechas de personal en los servicios de salud del primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n. Asimismo, se realizaron ejercicios de validaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de datos, con la participaci\u00f3n de referentes de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud (APS) de <strong>11 regiones sanitarias<\/strong> del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El desarrollo de las jornadas cont\u00f3 con la asistencia del <strong>consultor de la OPS-OMS<\/strong>, responsable de la elaboraci\u00f3n de la Gu\u00eda Metodol\u00f3gica, y con el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico de facilitadores de la <strong>DNERHS<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, participaron representantes de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Informaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica en Salud (DIGIES-MSPBS)<\/strong>, la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Planificaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n (DGPE-MSPBS)<\/strong>, la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria en Salud (DAPS-MSPBS)<\/strong>, as\u00ed como referentes del <strong>Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>\ud83d\udcf8 29 de octubre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reuni\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica entre el equipo de la <strong>DNERHS<\/strong> y el <strong>consultor de la OPS\/OMS<\/strong> para la revisi\u00f3n inicial de la Gu\u00eda
